STRENGTH

With strength training, clients will do extensive body weight exercises such as squats, pushups, and crunches. These are done either with no weights or very little weights. The EMS machine is doing most of the work for you, but that doesn’t mean you don’t have to workout. With strength training, you typically have muscle soreness for up to three days after the workout, all depending on how strong the electrical impulses are. Strength training is our clients favorite type of exercise plan.
