With an Associate in Science from Harper College, I have developed a strong foundation in human anatomy, physiology, and exercise science. This background, combined with years of hands-on experience, allows me to offer clients a scientifically backed approach to fitness and body transformation. Using data-driven assessments with the InBody 570 machine, I help clients track muscle growth, fat loss, hydration levels, and overall body composition, ensuring consistent progress and measurable results.
